Refund Policy

At Oxyhydratelabs, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept product returns, we do offer refunds under specific conditions to ensure your peace of mind.
πΈ Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Your item was damaged or defective upon arrival
- Your order was not delivered within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe (based on tracking)
- You received the wrong item or an incomplete order
To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, or within 30 days if your order was never delivered.

To process a refund request, we may require the following:
- A clear photo or video showing the damaged or incorrect product
- Your order number and email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
π« Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or preference
- Orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer
- Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product
- Delays caused by customs or natural events outside our control
